1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for or using FundraisePro Club ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform. These terms apply to all users, including individuals and organisations.

2. Description of Service

FundraisePro Club is a fundraising project management platform that provides clubs, schools and community organisations with tools to plan, manage and track fundraising activities. This includes AI-generated recommendations, playbook generation, task management, team coordination, and marketing content tools.

3. Account Registration

  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.
  • You must be at least 18 years old to create an account, or have parental/guardian consent.

4. Subscription Plans & Payments

FundraisePro Club offers the following plans:

  • Free Trial: access to the dashboard, fundraising templates, AI recommendations and the needs assessment tool. Fundraiser creation and advanced features are limited.
  • Founding Club Annual Access (£299/year): unlimited fundraisers, playbooks, team members, AI marketing content and full platform access. This is an early-adopter rate, locked in for life for Founding Club members.
  • Standard Annual Access (£399/year): the standard plan price once the Founding Club period ends. Existing Founding Club members will not be affected.

All payments are processed securely by Stripe. Prices are shown in GBP and are inclusive of any applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

Annual subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. You can manage or cancel your subscription via the Billing section in your account.

5. Refund Policy

Annual subscriptions may be refunded on a pro-rata basis within 14 days of purchase if the platform has not been materially used. To request a refund, contact fundraisepro.club@outlook.com.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any regulations.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy or reproduce any part of the Platform.
  • Upload malicious code or attempt to compromise platform security.
  • Misrepresent your identity or organisation.
  • Use the Platform to conduct fraudulent fundraising activities.
  • Attempt to access other users' accounts or data.

7. AI-Generated Content

The Platform uses artificial intelligence to generate fundraising recommendations, playbooks, and marketing content. This content is provided as a guide only and does not constitute professional financial, legal or fundraising advice. You are responsible for reviewing and adapting AI-generated content before use. FundraisePro Club accepts no liability for outcomes resulting from reliance on AI-generated output.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, and features of the Platform are the intellectual property of FundraisePro Club. You retain ownership of data you enter into the Platform (club profiles, fundraiser details, etc.). By using the Platform, you grant us a limited licence to process that data for the purpose of providing the service.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FundraisePro Club shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Platform in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Service Availability

We aim to maintain high availability of the Platform but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We reserve the right to perform maintenance, updates, or modifications at any time. We will endeavour to provide advance notice of planned downtime where possible.

11. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms of Service. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your data will be removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or via an in-app notice. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Ireland. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
