FundraisePro Club ("we", "us", "our") is a fundraising project management platform operated by FundraisePro Club. Our registered contact address is fundraisepro.club@outlook.com.
2. Information We Collect
We collect the following types of information:
Account information: your name, email address and password when you register.
Club profile data: details about your organisation including club name, type, member count, facilities, and fundraising goals.
Fundraiser data: information you enter about your fundraising projects, tasks, milestones and team members.
Payment information: processed securely by Stripe. We do not store card details on our servers.
Contact form submissions: name, email and message when you use our contact form.
Usage data: how you interact with the platform, including pages visited and features used.
Anonymous journey analytics (only with your consent): a random identifier kept in your browser that lets us count how many people reach each step of the journey, from first opening the free consultation through to becoming a paying club. It holds no personal details and is never linked to your name, email or organisation.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to:
Provide and operate the FundraisePro Club platform.
Generate AI-powered fundraising recommendations tailored to your club.
Process payments and manage your subscription.
Send transactional emails related to your account and subscriptions.
Respond to support and contact form enquiries.
Improve and develop the platform based on usage patterns.
4. Legal Basis for Processing
We process your personal data on the following legal bases under GDPR:
Contract: processing necessary to deliver the service you've signed up for.
Legitimate interests: improving the platform, preventing fraud, and ensuring security.
Consent: where you have explicitly agreed — marketing communications, and the anonymous journey analytics described in section 8. You can refuse or withdraw this at any time without losing access to any part of the platform.
5. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with trusted third-party service providers who help us operate the platform:
Stripe — payment processing.
Resend — transactional email delivery.
Base44 — our hosting and backend infrastructure provider.
OpenAI / Google AI — powering AI-generated recommendations and content (data is not used to train models).
6. Data Retention
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, your personal data will be removed within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal or financial compliance purposes.
Anonymous analytics identifiers are kept for no longer than 12 months, after which they are replaced with a new random value, so no browser is followed for longer than that. A session identifier is deleted as soon as you close the tab, and a registration marker is deleted the moment it has been read. Withdrawing your consent removes every analytics identifier we have stored in your browser.
7. Your Rights
Under GDPR, you have the right to:
Access the personal data we hold about you.
Request correction of inaccurate data.
Request deletion of your data ("right to be forgotten").
Object to or restrict processing of your data.
Data portability — receive your data in a machine-readable format.
Withdraw consent at any time where processing is based on consent.
We use your browser's local storage rather than traditional cookies. Two kinds are involved.
Essential — always on
Needed for the platform to work. These cannot be switched off.
Login session — keeps you signed in. Stored until you sign out or the session expires.
Your cookie choice — records the decision you make on the banner, so we never ask again. Kept for 12 months.
Saved consultation — the answers and recommendation from a free AI consultation, held only so you can turn it into a workspace after you register. Cleared as soon as you claim it, or when you clear your browser.
Analytics — only with your consent
Off until you accept them. Refusing does not limit any feature of the platform.
Anonymous visitor id — a random value containing no personal details, used to count how many distinct people reach each step of the journey. Replaced after 12 months.
Session id — a second random value for a single visit. Deleted when you close the tab.
Registration marker — a one-off note that lets us record a completed sign-up across the page reload it causes. Deleted as soon as it is read.
None of these values contain your name, email or any other personal detail. They are not shared with advertisers, not used to build advertising profiles, and not used to follow you across other websites. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
9. Security
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, loss or misuse. All data is transmitted over HTTPS and stored on secure, encrypted infrastructure.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or via a notice on the platform. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
We use essential storage to keep you signed in. With your permission we also keep a random anonymous id, so we can see which parts of the journey help clubs most. It holds no personal details and is never linked to your name or email. See our privacy policy.
